SfListView: First Few Taps not Trigger Tapped Event on Android Devices

Hi Syncfusion Team, 

Some SfListView won't respond to user tap on an Android 10 device (vivo V1911A - Android 10 API 29).

On Windows, it's normal; 

On Android, the SfListView is in the FlyoutPage's Flyout (multi-column) responds to tap normally; On detail pages, some SfListViews don't respond to user's first few taps (or never respond to tap at all). Haven't found any clue or pattern yet.
