Issue with desynced cursor after scrolling

Hello,

I've encountered an issue with the Syncfusion Blazor Diagram Component.

When scrolling within a diagram using the cursor (by dragging the scrollbar) I encounter no issues.

However when using the mouse wheel to scroll, even when it doesn't even change the position of the view port, it de-syncs the position of the displayed cursor and the actual position of the diagram cursor used to interact with diagram elements.
