Issue with appointment EndDate when IsAllDay property is true

Replication Steps:

  • Create an
    appointment 
    from 8/16/2022 12:00 AM (Start) and 8/19/2022 12:00 AM (End) and check “All Day”.
  • The appointment saves only up to
    8/18/2022 instead of
     8/19/2022.
