Provide Sorting and Filtering support in drill through grid of Pivot Table

Please add support for sorting and filtering JS2 Pivot Table drill through grid.
It it typical for users who drill through to want to sort/filter the data they are looking at.

You already have that functionality in your JS2 grid component, so this should be relatively easy.
