Clear button and SelectedIndices in SfComboBox not working 22.2.0.44

The SfComboBox has not been working properly for some time, with each release breaking functionality in some manner.  With release 22.2.0.44, SelectedIndices works properly as an ObservableCollection, but the Clear Button does not work at all. Setting ShowClearButton to false also removes the drop-down button.  Release 22.2.0.45 may fix the clear button, but has other issues with SelectedIndices updating in MultiSelect mode.
