Grid does not show new entry with virtalization enabled using ObservableCollections

i've came across a bug. When using a ObservableCollection and EnableVirtualization set to true, the grid won't refresh itself and you are not able to see (observe) the newly created entry.


In the attached project you can find a 'New'-Button to create a new entry and also a 'Enable/Disable Virtualization'-Button next to it. Also i've added a Debug.Print inside the OnActionComplete Event.


Furthermore, this bug comes somewhat close to another bug i found about a month ago also addressing issues with Virtualization. Sadly i never got a second answer after providing your reguested video:
