Some form fields are removed on reloading the downloaded document

Some FormFields are removed on reloading the downloaded document. Imagine, we have a PDF document loaded in the PDF Viewer control that has multiple pages. When we download the document without loading all the pages by scrolling through them in the viewer, the pages that weren't loaded will lose any and all fillable fields on them in the downloaded copy of the document. This has to be fixed.
