Support for direct min and max saturation in SfTreeMap Validated

Current Behavior - We have support to set the min and max saturation based on the weight of the treemap tiles using TreemapColorMapper.range.

Proposed Behavior - Expose minSaturation and maxSaturation properties in SfTreemap
