Provide support to display the custom formatted(MM-DD) value as like as excel unless edit the cell

Provide support to display the custom formatted(MM-DD) value as like as excel unless edit the cell.


When we open the attached file in MS Excel it displays the value (10-5), it apply the format after editing (re save the cell A3). So need to provide support to load the file as like as MS Excel and apply the format after editing the cell.

Steps to replicate the reported issue.



1.Import the attached excel file

2.Check the A3 cell it automatically converted in to custom date format
