Event Click is not triggered in timeline views when tooltip is enabled

OnEventClick method is not triggered in timeline views when tooltip is set true

Replication  Steps:

  • Run the attached sample and click on any event 
  • The OnEventClick event does not trigger.
  • Navigate to another view and click on any event
  • The event triggers and dialog opens.
