Support to remove the right side freeze pane (column separator line)

Currently as per the design, enabling the AllowFreezeLineMoving property will display two lines at the first and last column of the Grid to freeze both right and left directions.

Need to provide support to prevent the right sideline from displaying. and can be enabled with additional property
