Provide support to restrict the connector segment to move beyond page boundary

When we try to drag the connector endpoint or source point beyond the page boundary means the connector does not get moved. But connector segment gets moved beyond the page boundary. Now, we need to provide support to restrict the connector segment to move beyond the page boundary.
