Scrolling through scrollbar thumb is not working fine with Virtualization Grid when having frozen column

The scrollbar still jumps around when scrolling. This still only happens when virtualization is enabled and a frozen column.

I've attached a movie where I click and hold the mouse button at the scrollbar track and the thumb element jumps past the location. I then repeat a few times at the same location. I then click and drag the thumb around, and at a certain location the thumb starts to jump round.
