Programmatically and continuously adding a signature image disappears

When we try to add a signature programmatically, it works as expected. But, when we try to add continuously on a button click, this fails, where the initially added signature disappears.  

This is applicable to all the 3 options,  draw, type, and upload.

This should be fixed.
