ComboBox not getting rendered in SfTabView with FreshMVVM

In FreshMVVM, ComboBox inside the SfTabView is not displayed in Xamarin Previewer and after deployment. Also ComboBox is not displayed in Xamarin Previewer in non FreshMVVM applications.
