RowDragandDrop with middlesegment not working properly

  1. Run the sample https://stackblitz.com/edit/lyf5jg?file=index.js,index.html
  2. Drag 5th record and drop into the middle segment of 7th record (as Child)

3. Output:- It has added as child for 7.1 th record.(which is wrong)

Expected:- It should be the child for 7th record
