Support to hide the spin buttons in SfNumericUpDown control

Support to hide the increment and decrement buttons in the SfNumericUpDown control for all the platforms. Currently, we can achieve this by using the below KB workaround for the Android and iOS platforms. But, we are considering to provide the direct API support to hide/visible the spin buttons.
