Lazy loading support in virtual scroll

Needs to provide support to load the data dynamically. Currently, In Virtual scroll Schedule fetches all the data from the server on the initial rendering. Need to provide support to fetch the required data from the server based on the Schedule content scroll position.


Retrieve as minimal data at a time and on each scroll, it should retrieve the next set of required data. Eg 10 records per scroll.
