NumericTextBox not supporting Decimal and Negative precision

The SfNumericUpDown control presents the keyboard supporting negative and decimal precision, but the SfNumericTextBox does not. This can be observed in the samplebrowser sample that is published in the android playstore. Both SfNumericTextBox and SfNumericUpDown should have the sample behavior.
