Shapes and calibrate annotations are not working properly

Shapes and Calibrate annotations are not working properly in the below scenario. This should be fixed.

Steps to reproduce:


  1. Select a rectangle tool

  2. Mouse down and mouse up at the same point and don’t move the cursor.

  3. Now again mouse down and try to move from that position.
