Provide support to visible event label even if we scroll horizontally in timeline views

If an event is long enough, it's possible to scroll and lose the label of the event.

For example, in the image below, the schedule has been scrolled to July 18 (selected date is july 1st) and all the events started way before July 18 so no label is visible on the events.
