PdfLoadedPage.ExtractText(out) method throws an ArgumentOutOfRangeException exception (still)

SyncFusion.Pdf.Net.Core V 20.2.0.39


When calling loadedPage.ExtractText without parameters the code executes without error

When calling loadedPage.ExtractText(out lines) where lines = new TextLineCollection, some pages of the document throw the ArgumentOutOfRangeException

Unfortunately the documents are NDA and if I extract the page where this fails the single page works fine.
