Provide support to update the navigation pane datasource based on the File Manager main layout reordering

Need to provide support to update the navigation pane (TreeView) datasource based on the File Manager main layout reordering. Based on the SortBy selection reordering will updated within the File Manager main layout, the exact same reordering need to be achieved within navigation pane too.
