Need to prevent drag action on the dialog content

Now, draggable on both dialog header and content. But, need to prevent dialog content draggable. 

Current Behavior: Able to drag both dialog header and content.

Expected Behavior: Draggable performed on dialog header alone.

  1. Run above sample.
  2. Drag the dialog content.
  3. Now, need to prevent dragging on dialog content.
