what do you suggest to display the grouping results in the tree grid?

Our Customer has a requirement to group the data of the specified level of the tree grid. We have given three solutions, which one do you think is good? Or is there another better solution?

(there are four table, we want to group the data of 2nd level with FIELD2 and FIELD3, and group the data of 3rd level with FIELD5. )
