Undefined stickyNotesAnnotationModule script error

Script error is occurring, when set EnableAnnotation, EnableAnnotationToolbar, EnableBookmarkPanel, EnableThumbnailPanel as false. Because Annotation is disabled we have not handled properly. This has to be fixed in PDF Viewer.
