Expand/Collapse icon is showing up as a junk character in speech viewer in NVDA speech reader

Open NVDA speech reader and open demos link -

Please enable speech viewer and focus the collapse/expand group icon

The problem is that NVDA is trying to read the collapse icon and showing a junk character in the NVDA Speech Viewer.
