"Add current selection to filter" capability to the Blazor Grid filtering

Needs to “Add current selection to filter“ in Blazor grid filtering, same like in ASP.Net(https://help.syncfusion.com/aspnet/grid/filtering#add-current-selection-to-filter-checkbox)
