Logarithmic axis is rendered improperly when axis having min and max value in chart to image conversion

The input document has a logarithmic chart with minimum and maximum bounds set for the axis. But, the axis bounds are not handled for logarithmic chart. Because of that, the axis is not proper. This has to be fixed.
