Segments should work even if no space between Declined - Not Valid

Today, it's not possible to split a task the right way.

We shoud be able to split a task without space between segments (like ressource view where we can have multiTask).

Right now, We cannot split tasks like this :

Task : (YYYY.MM.DD) 2022.06.01 => 2022.06.10

Segment1 :

2022.06.01 => 2022.06.05

Segment2 :

2022.06.05 => 2022.06.10
