Exception on Filtering empty ExpandoObject records

Getting exception when filtering the empty ExpandoObject data. We have already detailly explain about the nature of ExpandoObject to the customer. They expect not to show error when someone clicks the filter if there are no records. Please refer the attached image for your reference.
