TabItems not properly positioned on tab; Headers not properly positioned within container

Given a series of tabs, each tab item's contents being within a border, as tabs are sequentially selected left to right, the left side of the selected item content's border moves slightly further to the right on each change and, eventually, the right side of the border may appear on the left side of the following tab item's contents.

Also, the tab headers themselves are not placed at appropriate positions within the parent container. The leftmost header is well to the right of container's left edge, while the rightmost header may touch the container.on its right edge.

Have seen these effects on both Android and Windows; not tested on iOS or Mac.
