l10n support for search box placeholder - Symbol Palettes

Hi!

There is a missing translation/localization in the symbol-palette component, for the 

symbol-palette_search

placeholder, that we need to localize. 


And the name of the props to correctly load its translation as you documented with the grid component example here .



Also, I attach the forum thread were you have confirmed that you 'do not have localization support for the symbol palette text'.


This requirement is of high importance to avoid having to build a new search bar just because its placeholder can not be localized correctly.
