Support to collapse and expand ToolStripEx based on its size when expanding the ribbon control

Currently, when resizing the RibbonControlAdv, the ToolStripExs are collapsed from the rightmost item to the leftmost item. Now we need to provide support to change the priority base on the size of ToolStripEx based when expanding the RibbonControlAdv.
