when right clicking on document editor, paste context menu is always disabled

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Demo page
  2. Copy something, either outside/within of document editor
  3. Hit right click mouse button

Paste button is always disabled:
Empty


Additional info:
when I checked documentEditor.editor.isPaste property, the value is always false
