Error when setting frozenColumns on demand

Hello

There is a bug when setting new column definition to grid on demand with frozenColumns set.

Sample: https://stackblitz.com/edit/angular-ivy-jax5vm

- run the sample
- click on button "Change" in top left
- there will be an error in console output "Cannot read properties of null (reading 'firstElementChild')" in function "refreshFrozenScrollbar" and grid is not properly reinitialized

Our aplication is reusing the same DataGrid instance and column definition, data source, edit settings, possible freeze columns, ...  are not known in advance and are resolved on demand.

Please provide a fix for the problem or other solution.
