Need to implement resource view feature like in ej1 behavior

Keypoints to note

  1. Need to ensure all the crud actions
  2. Customer does not needs the redlines when the tasks are getting overlapped
  3. Tasks need to rendered in same line when they are not overlapped
  4. Drag and Drop operation in chart side using taskbar
