Sidebar is broken in the latest version

Sitebar is collapsing/expanding the target div, instead of the actual sidebar content. Although, it is working fine on the demo site. It does not work on a new project.

Reproduction steps:

  1. Create a brand new blazor web assembly website.
  2. Copy and paste Default functionality from the sitebar demo site into index.razor(attached on the bug report)
  3. Click the toggle button. 
  4. See that it is collapsing/expanding the  <div class="maincontent>  , instead of the sfsidebar.
