FontSizeCommands using "increment"/"decrement" errors

Poking through the code, it looks like "increment" and "decrement" are valid CommandParameters for the IncreaseFontSizeCommand and DecreaseFontSizeCommand.  These values work fine when I have something selected in the document, but throw an invalid cast error when nothing is selected.


The "increment" and "decrement" behavior gives me what I want because it makes my toolbar buttons match the mini toolbar behavior.
