Gantt - RowHeight causes Inconsistent Row Height

Hi,

I have had some problems with the RowHeight property on SfGantt.  If I don't set the property, the chart renders correctly.  If I do set the property the row height is different on either side of the splitter bar.  Attached is a screenshot and sample application illustrating the issue.  Impacts both Chrome and Edge browsers.
