Support to customize the label position in the "DataLabelRendering" event of the Maps

The support to customize the label position in the Maps control using the "dataLabelRendering" event must be implemented. To modify the position of the data label, we must add a new property called "offset" in the event argument of the "dataLabelRendering" event and calculate the position considering the provided offset value.
