ODataV4Adaptor searching is appending previous search param to url

Hi,

when searching for the first time when grid is loaded, the url param will be correct: http....?$search=hello. Then searching for different text, the new text will be appended to previous: http.....&$search=hello%20OR

%20world. Canceling searching will correctly remove $search param from url, but new search will again append to previous search params. Same behaviour is when switching pages while search is filled.
