Tab not focusing on the previous cell

While press the Tab key with checkboxes the focus will move to the next cell and it goes to last row of the grid. When it pressed Shift+Tab key it focus backward to the cell within current row only.

 

Without using checkboxes, while pressing Shift+Tab key the focus moves backward to all rows. But when Tab key is pressed the focus moves only within current row only.
