Theme Studio is not working

I have urgent request. 

Theme Studio 
for Essential JS 2 is not working. Theme can not be downloaded. There is a HTTP error 504 when performing ExportTheme function. We are trying to upgrade to latest version but can not, because broken theme studio. The upgrade is crucial for our application. We are migrating to latest version of Angular and other packages and can not do it, because broken download option.

If you can, please at least provide latest Bootstrap v5 package, with compatibility for bold reports, default controls and included "Rich Text Editor".

Please give your urgent attention to this matter.
