Vertical ScrollBar prevents editing of combos, updown, datetime, etc

When the vertical scrollbar becomes active (i.e. when space required to display the properties exceeds the viewable space area) the vertical scrollbar overlaps the controls making them inaccessible (e.g. can't open calendar for DateTimePicker, can't click on the dropdown for enums, etc.).

Need to make sure right (entry) column gets resized when scrollbar is present. The simplest way to do this would probably be to have a dummy column that binds to the  VerticalScrollBar.
