Provide an option to control the mouse wheel zooming on maps

Provide an option to control the mouse wheel zooming on the map widget for all types of shape layers. For example, the double-tap zooming can be controlled by enableDoubleTapZooming property similarly, provide an option to control mouse wheel zooming.
