Provide resizing support for first and last columns of the table in Rich Text Editor

Feature Description:

When we insert a table in RTE, we cannot be able to resize the first and last column of the table. only way to resize the last column is to resize the table.

Current Behavior:

Not able to resize the first and last column of the table

 

Expected Behavior:

Able to resize the first and last column of the table.
