Expand/Collapse is not working properly while using the observable binding

While using the observable binding, the expand/collapse is not working properly. While expanding the row, the previously expanded row is expanded even though it is collapsed.

Replication steps:

  1. Run the below sample: https://stackblitz.com/edit/angular-gn2r68-gty9xy?file=app.component.ts,app.component.html

  2. Expand first row

  3. Collapse first row

  4. Open any other row

  5. You'll see that the first row is opened again
