Need to improve the delay on CheckAll/ExpandAll method when working with large data in Blazor TreeView

The CheckAll and ExpandAll methods in the TreeView cause delays while using large datasets in the Blazor TreeView component. We need to improve this delay for both the CheckAllAsync and ExpandAllAsync methods.
