Splitter collapse not working properly when enabled the EnablePersistence property

Current Behavior:

Not be able to collapse splitter panes properly after resizing the pane when the enablePersistence property is set as true.

Actual Behavior: Need to properly collapse splitter panes after resizing the page when enablePersistence property set as true.

Replication Procedure:

  1. Open above sample.
  2. Move right side page.
  3. Now, collapsed right side pane.
